What a great run we had in our very first Stueart Pennington's World Championship Running of the Tubs! The ASUTR team won in their first heat but came up short in the second heat. Stopping to perform the YMCA and do the Chicken Dance will get ya every time!! Way to go, ASUTR Eagles! ASUTR offers 3 Academic Scholarships that are automatically applied to every student that qualifies! The Quill, Talon and Eagle Scholarships are for any recent high school graduate (within one year) or transfer student. You don't need to fill out any application! As long as you have filled out your FAFSA, and you meet the requirements listed, then you will be awarded the scholarship! Continuing Eligibility for Eagle, Talon, and Quill Academic Scholarships: • Be enrolled in a program that leads to a certificate or associate degree. • Must successfully complete a minimum of 27 hours per academic year and a minimum of 30 hours the second year. (May use summer enrollment to meet annual credit hour requirement; scholarship does not apply to summer enrollment.) • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale. • Submit FAFSA
