ASU Three Rivers uses Blackboard Connect as its campus alert system. This system provides messaging via multiple communication vehicles – email, text messages, and/or phone calls. ASU Three Rivers uses this system for emergency purposes, as well as, occasional administrative announcements and outreach messages.
