Financial Aid Disbursement Dates

These dates are the anticipated dates that financial aid may begin to apply to student accounts each term. If a student is due a refund from financial aid, that refund will be issued following the disbursement process. Students should always visit their ASUTR Self Service Portal for current information and availability.

Important information:

  • If you are enrolled in more than one term per semester, then your Pell award MAY be split into multiple disbursements.

  • Student loans require an enrollment of at least 6 hours.

  • Scholarships have enrollment and retention requirements. It is up to the student to know and understand their scholarship's requirements.

  • Be sure and set up the direct deposit option on your student portal for your refund.

  • Financial aid will not determine refund amounts.
